Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital art prints once the files have been downloaded. All sales of digital products are final.

Eligibility for Partial Refunds
While we do not accept returns, we understand that issues may arise. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund under the following circumstances:

File Issues: If there is a problem with the digital file, such as a corrupted download or an error in the file, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will assess the issue and may provide a corrected file or offer a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Incorrect File: If you receive a file that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days. We will verify the mistake and either provide the correct file or issue a partial refund.

Download Problems: If you experience technical difficulties downloading your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. We will help you resolve the issue, and if it remains unresolved, a partial refund may be issued.

Physical Items
For any physical items purchased from our store, we have the following policy:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a physical item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the item or issue a partial refund.

Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and may request the return of the incorrect item. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered instead.
